MYTHIC RIFT TERMS & CONDITIONS
Last updated: [17 August 2026]
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Mythic Rift website or placing an order. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. ABOUT MYTHIC RIFT
1.1 This website is operated by Mythic Rift Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number [INSERT COMPANY NUMBER].
1.2 Our registered office is [INSERT REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS].
1.3 You can contact us by email at [info@mythicrift.co.uk].
1.4 In these Terms & Conditions, references to “Mythic Rift”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Mythic Rift Ltd.
1.5 References to “you” and “your” mean any person who accesses our website, places an order with us or otherwise uses our services.
2. THESE TERMS
2.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to your access to and use of the Mythic Rift website, any purchases or pre-orders made through the website, and the fulfilment of any products or services ordered from us.
2.2 Our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, Shipping Policy and any specific terms displayed on a product or promotion page may also form part of your agreement with us.
2.3 If specific terms applying to a product, pre-order or promotion conflict with these Terms & Conditions, the specific terms will take priority to the extent of that conflict.
3. OUR PRODUCTS
3.1 Mythic Rift may sell trading card games, sealed trading card products, individual trading cards, graded cards, accessories, collectibles and related products.
3.2 We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
3.3 Product images are provided for identification and illustration purposes. Packaging, colours and minor product details may vary from the images displayed.
3.4 Where an individual card, graded card or other unique collectible is being sold and the listing states that photographs show the actual item, those photographs form part of the product description.
3.5 Trading cards and collectible products can contain natural manufacturing variations including centring differences, print lines, minor surface imperfections, packaging variations and other factory characteristics.
3.6 Nothing in clause 3.5 affects your statutory rights where a product is faulty, materially damaged or not as described.
4. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
4.1 All products are subject to availability.
4.2 The appearance of a product on our website does not mean that the product is available for immediate purchase.
4.3 Products may be displayed as “In Stock”, “Pre-order”, “Coming Soon”, “Not Currently Available”, “Register Interest”, “Out of Stock” or using similar wording.
4.4 A product displayed as “Coming Soon”, “Not Currently Available” or “Register Interest” is not guaranteed to become available.
4.5 Registering interest in a product or joining a stock notification list does not create a contract between you and us, reserve the product for you, guarantee that we will receive stock or guarantee any future selling price.
4.6 Where demand exceeds the quantity available to us, we may impose reasonable purchasing limits.
5. PRICES
5.1 All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling unless otherwise stated.
5.2 Where VAT is applicable, the price displayed to consumers will include VAT unless clearly stated otherwise.
5.3 Delivery charges are additional unless expressly stated and will be displayed before you complete checkout.
5.4 Prices may change at any time before an order is accepted.
5.5 We make reasonable efforts to ensure that prices displayed on the website are accurate.
5.6 If an obvious pricing error occurs, we are not required to supply a product at an incorrect price where the error could reasonably have been recognised as an error.
5.7 If we discover a pricing error after you place an order, we may contact you to offer you the opportunity to purchase the product at the correct price or cancel the affected part of your order.
6. PLACING AN ORDER
6.1 Before placing an order, you will have the opportunity to review your selected products, quantities, delivery information, payment method and total price.
6.2 You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during checkout is complete and accurate.
6.3 Placing an order constitutes an offer by you to purchase the products shown in your order.
6.4 An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.
6.5 A legally binding contract will normally arise when we confirm acceptance of your order.
6.6 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, a payment cannot be authorised, fraud is suspected, purchasing limits have been exceeded, an obvious pricing error has occurred, or delivery cannot reasonably be completed.
6.7 If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will refund the relevant amount using the original payment method unless another method is agreed.
7. PAYMENT
7.1 Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.
7.2 Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers.
7.3 Mythic Rift does not normally receive or store your complete debit or credit card details.
7.4 You must ensure that the payment method used is valid and that sufficient funds are available.
7.5 We may carry out reasonable checks before accepting or dispatching an order where required for fraud prevention or payment verification.
8. PURCHASE LIMITS
8.1 Products that are limited, highly allocated or in unusually high demand may be subject to purchasing limits.
8.2 Purchasing limits may apply per order, customer, household, delivery address, payment method or other reasonable identifier.
8.3 Purchasing limits are intended to promote fair access to limited products and reduce abusive purchasing or resale activity.
8.4 Where we reasonably believe that a customer has attempted to circumvent purchasing limits, we may cancel some or all related orders and issue an appropriate refund.
9. PRE-ORDERS
9.1 Certain products may be made available for pre-order before their official release date.
9.2 Any release date, shipping date or delivery date provided in relation to a pre-order is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.
9.3 Trading card products can be subject to manufacturer delays, distributor delays, allocation reductions and other supply restrictions outside our reasonable control.
9.4 Where possible, we will only accept pre-orders where we have a reasonable expectation that stock will be supplied to us.
9.5 A distributor or manufacturer may reduce our confirmed or expected allocation after customers have placed pre-orders.
9.6 If an allocation reduction means that we cannot fulfil your pre-order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.
9.7 If we cannot fulfil all or part of a pre-order for which you have already paid, we will refund the affected amount.
9.8 We cannot guarantee that cancelled pre-orders will become available again at a later date.
9.9 Additional pre-order conditions may be displayed on individual product pages and will form part of your agreement with us.
10. DELIVERY
10.1 Available delivery methods and charges will be displayed during checkout.
10.2 Any delivery or dispatch timeframe displayed on our website is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed.
10.3 We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch products within the timeframe stated.
10.4 Delivery may occasionally be delayed because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, severe weather, postal disruption, supplier delays or major technical incidents.
10.5 If a significant delay occurs, we will provide reasonable information where possible.
10.6 You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
10.7 You should contact us promptly if your order does not arrive, tracking indicates a delivery problem, or your parcel arrives materially damaged.
10.8 Further information is provided in our Shipping Policy.
11. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
11.1 If you purchase eligible goods from us online as a consumer, you will normally have the statutory right to cancel the contract within 14 days after receiving the goods.
11.2 Where an order contains multiple goods delivered separately, the cancellation period may run from receipt of the final relevant item in accordance with applicable consumer law.
11.3 You must clearly inform us if you wish to exercise a statutory cancellation right.
11.4 After notifying us of cancellation, you will normally have a further 14 days in which to return the relevant goods.
11.5 You are responsible for taking reasonable care of goods while they are in your possession.
11.6 We may reduce a refund where legally permitted if goods have been handled beyond what would reasonably be necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
11.7 Statutory exceptions to cancellation rights may apply to certain products or circumstances.
11.8 Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
11.9 Further information is available in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
12. SEALED TRADING CARD PRODUCTS
12.1 Sealed trading card products are collectible goods and the condition of their packaging may contribute to their collectible value.
12.2 Minor factory imperfections or minor packaging variations do not necessarily mean that a product is faulty.
12.3 We will make reasonable efforts to describe material packaging damage where we are aware of it before sale.
12.4 Opening sealed packaging can materially affect the resale and collectible value of a product.
12.5 Nothing in this section removes your statutory rights where a product is faulty, materially damaged or not as described.
13. INDIVIDUAL TRADING CARDS
13.1 Where we sell individual trading cards, we will make reasonable efforts to identify the card accurately.
13.2 Relevant information may include the card name, set, card number, language, edition, rarity, condition and other identifying characteristics.
13.3 Card condition assessments involve an element of judgement and minor differences of opinion may occur.
13.4 Where photographs of the actual card are provided, you should review those photographs carefully before purchasing.
13.5 Any known material damage or defect should be disclosed within the product description where reasonably identifiable.
14. GRADED CARDS
14.1 Where we sell professionally graded trading cards, the grade has been assigned by the relevant third-party grading company and not by Mythic Rift.
14.2 We will make reasonable efforts to provide the grading company, grade and certification number where applicable.
14.3 Buyers are encouraged to independently verify certification numbers through the grading company's official verification service where available.
14.4 A grade represents the grading company's professional opinion at the time of grading and does not constitute a guarantee from Mythic Rift regarding future value.
14.5 Minor cosmetic marks on an external grading holder do not necessarily affect the grade assigned to the card inside.
15. AUTHENTICITY
15.1 Mythic Rift takes the authenticity of trading cards and collectible products seriously.
15.2 We aim to purchase sealed products from reputable distributors, wholesalers and suppliers.
15.3 Individual cards and graded cards may also be acquired through reputable secondary-market sources.
15.4 Where appropriate, we will take reasonable steps to assess authenticity before listing a product for sale.
15.5 We do not knowingly sell counterfeit trading cards or counterfeit collectible products.
15.6 If you reasonably believe that a product purchased from Mythic Rift is counterfeit, you should contact us promptly and provide relevant information and photographs.
16. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
16.1 Products supplied by Mythic Rift must comply with your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law.
16.2 If a product is faulty, materially damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described, you should contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
16.3 Consumers may have a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days and may have additional rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances.
16.4 Your statutory rights are separate from any voluntary returns policy we may offer.
16.5 Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
17. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
17.1 Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains the process for requesting and completing a return.
17.2 Where a refund is due, it will normally be made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed or technically impossible.
17.3 Refund processing times may depend partly on your bank or payment provider.
17.4 You must package returned collectible products appropriately to protect them during transit.
17.5 Where you are responsible for return postage, you remain responsible for the returned product until it reaches us.
18. PRODUCT WAITLISTS AND STOCK NOTIFICATIONS
18.1 We may allow customers to join a waiting list, register interest or request notification when an unavailable product becomes available.
18.2 Registering interest does not create an obligation on Mythic Rift to source or supply the product.
18.3 Registration does not reserve stock for you.
18.4 Registration does not guarantee the future retail price.
18.5 If stock becomes available, availability may be limited and products may be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
18.6 Stock notification emails are transactional notifications relating to the product requested and do not automatically mean that you have subscribed to general marketing communications.
19. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS
19.1 We may occasionally offer discounts, promotional codes, competitions or special offers.
19.2 Promotions may be subject to additional terms displayed at the relevant time.
19.3 Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes have no cash value.
19.4 We may exclude certain products, including limited releases or pre-order items, from promotions.
19.5 We may cancel or refuse a promotional transaction where we reasonably believe a promotion has been abused or used fraudulently.
20. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS
20.1 Where customer accounts are available, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure.
20.2 You must provide accurate information when creating or using an account.
20.3 You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless the activity occurred because of a failure for which we are legally responsible.
20.4 You should contact us promptly if you believe your account or password has been compromised.
20.5 We may suspend an account where we reasonably suspect fraud, security compromise or serious breach of these Terms.
21. PERSONAL INFORMATION
21.1 We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
21.2 Our website may use cookies and similar technologies as explained in our Cookie Policy.
21.3 Personal information may be processed by third-party providers where necessary to operate our website, process payments, fulfil orders, provide delivery or otherwise operate our business.
22. USE OF OUR WEBSITE

22.3 You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, customer information or administrative services.
22.4 You must not use our website for fraudulent activity.
22.5 You must not deliberately provide false payment, identity or delivery information.
22.6 We may restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect customers, our systems or our business.
23. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
23.1 Mythic Rift branding, logos, original artwork, written content, website graphics and other original material belong to Mythic Rift or are used with appropriate permission.
23.2 You must not reproduce or commercially use Mythic Rift-owned content without our permission except where permitted by law.
23.3 Third-party trading card game names, trademarks, characters, logos and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
23.4 References to Pokémon, One Piece, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Riftbound and other third-party brands are used for identification of genuine products, categories or informational content.
23.5 Unless expressly stated otherwise, Mythic Rift is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the owners of third-party trading card brands.
24. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
24.1 Our website may use or link to services operated by third parties.
24.2 Third-party services may include payment providers, delivery companies, fulfilment providers, analytics providers, grading-company verification systems and other services.
24.3 We are not responsible for the operation or content of third-party websites that are outside our control.
24.4 Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
25. OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU
25.1 We will provide products and services with reasonable care and in accordance with applicable law.
25.2 We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.
25.3 We are not responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been foreseen when the contract was entered into.
25.4 We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful.
25.5 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of statutory consumer rights, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
26. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
26.1 We will not be responsible for a delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
26.2 Such circumstances may include courier disruption, severe weather, industrial action, manufacturer delays, distributor delays, allocation reductions, customs disruption, supply-chain problems, major technical outages or other events beyond our reasonable control.
26.3 Where such an event materially affects an order, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you and minimise the effect of the delay.
26.4 Your statutory rights, including any applicable right to cancel because of significant delay, are not affected.
27. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
27.1 We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
27.2 The latest version will be displayed on our website together with the date it was last updated.
27.3 Changes will not retrospectively alter the terms applying to an order that has already been accepted unless required by law or expressly agreed with you.
28. SEVERABILITY
28.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as removed to the minimum extent necessary.
28.2 The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
29. DELAY IN ENFORCING RIGHTS
29.1 If we delay in enforcing any right under these Terms, this does not mean that we have waived that right.
29.2 A waiver of any right on one occasion does not automatically constitute a waiver on another occasion.
30. THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS
30.1 These Terms are between you and Mythic Rift.
30.2 Unless expressly stated otherwise, no third party has a right to enforce these Terms.
31. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

31.4 Nothing in this section removes any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
